How To Frontside 180
1
Place your front foot more than halfway up the board with your toes barely hanging off the edge.

Place your back foot on the inside of the tail, heels hanging off a bit more for extra force to get the full 180.

Crouch down slightly, and prepare to turn your shoulders.

Unwind your shoulders frontside and start the jump for the Ollie at the SAME time. This prevents the board from shooting away from you.

Ollie right after you turn your shoulders and watch the griptape.

Your legs will automatically follow the rotation of the shoulders, bend your knees and roll away switch.
